For example, you can be sure that you're an imbecile. You can also be

laugh at you to your face.

You can be sure that you come off as an angry white guy. You can be
sure that you've proven you cannot communicate effectively nor think
through problems. You can be sure that virtually all of your
'solutions' to problems have secondary effects that are worse than the
initial problem.
