Witless must be outraged by this scandal....
I'm referring to the horrific, family-destroying hijinks of South
Carolina's Gov. Sanford (a Republican). He lied to his family, he lied to
the press, and he lied to the electorate of his state. He tried to close
the door on his sexual shenanigans the same way the monstrous atheist
Elliott Spitzer did in New York. By slinking off on the sly to a faraway
tryst, Sanford showed exactly how much esteem he holds for the
"institution of marriage". The web of lies he wove to conceal his
immorality shocks the conscience.
Of course, every "conservative" knows this kind of sexual escapade is a
minor peccadillo compared to the cataclysmic destruction of holy matrimony
wrought by the satanic Pres. Clinton. He forced a naive young women to
fellate him. By this act the heinous Clinton degraded all women and set
back their march to equality by at least 3 years. (Maybe even longer than
3 years; scientists are still studying the long-term effects of the Oval
Office BJ.) That is why Clinton needed to be impeached, but Sanford just
needs some moral rehabilitation.
I'm sure Clydemeister Sacky will be able to explain to Witless's
satisfaction why Sanford's betrayal of his family is not "immoral" even
though Barney Frank's association with a pimp was "immoral". Our
"conservative" contingent is quite resourceful when it comes to the
pliability of common words.
