there needs to be an independent board to quickly look into each case
and sort them out into categories such as
1-good teachers being harassed for whistle blowing or criticizing
management, send them
back to teaching
2-bad teachers that wait and wait for adjudication,
get the process moving and fire them
3-cases that are not readily discernable, get the union to agree
to allow them to perform productive non teaching jobs until their
cases
are determined.
