gigasampler soundcard, any suggestions?
The Wavecenter PCI from Frontier Design Group is a nice card and meets your
specs: gsif drivers, 24bit/48kHz (though most Gigasampler libraries are at
44.1kHz), and 2 x MIDI i/o. They have a good tech support reputation as
well. *But* it's a digital only card -- adat lightpipe plus s/pdif (optical
and coax) -- so it's only useful if you have some sort of outboard gear with
converters.

i'm looking to get into gigasampler. need a simple yet decent-enough
soundcard with gsif drivers 24bit/48khz compatibility and also 24/48
asio ability. midi i/o would be nice.
key is stability and compatibility and low latency.
i just bought an echo mia midi, and it's not liking my computer (which
is strange since my computer likes just about anything).
