2pid and GOIA
Agreed. Bratzi is a close second though.
- While 2pid and Bratzi have some things in common (both like to post
stupid OT content that no one cares about), I think 2pid and GOIA are
much more alike in behavior. Both fear and loath JA and viciously turn
on Jenn without any provocation. They both have their own special
language: Krooglish and Scottie-speak. Both lack even the tiniest shred
of self awareness, yet are quick to accuse Normals of lacking the same.
There's plenty more, but I think that covers the essential similarities.
You've hit the big ones to be sure, but you missed my favorite. My
favorite aspect of 2pid's dysfunctional personality is his child-like
world view.
His child-like anger about earmarks and pork, for example, contrasts
nicely with his child-like faith that any spending which is defense-
based is "good". But in his child-like world view he simply cannot
tolerate the idea that much of the defense budget is made up of pork
and earmarks.
Note how Congressmen from districts with defense contractors are
lining up to lobby Obama to keep those projects going (and BTW how
many of them are republicans). Chambliss states that we *need* more
F-22s (but it's really that Lockheed is based in his state). Inhofe
wants the cannon produced in Oklahoma to be declared a project "safe"
from cuts even though its doubtful that the system they are designed
for will ever function.
This lobbying isn't based on the needs of the military or on national
defense goals. It's based on keeping federal dollars flowing to their
districts. Isn't that the very definition of "pork"? And since the
answer is obviously "yes" the only explanation for 2pid's silence
(indeed, his advocacy) is his child-like faith.
In 2pid's simple, child-like view of the world (where he's afraid of
everything and everybody) this is a disconnect that's just not worth
investigating.
2pid's views can be described thus: "Me cold, me cry. Me wet, me cry.
Me hungry, me cry. Me scared, me cry." LoL.
