is published, I will be happy to get permission for you to
do so. In
most cases, I can get you the permission in one business
day.
Arny's manoeuvring room has just gotten a lot smaller ;-)
He's just about backed all the way into his sad little
corner now.
Oh and if it is an question of cost, I will even offer
(again) to supply the free webspace to host the downloads
(as I'm sure many others would do).

THere's no cost involved. Several people here can host, or one can
simply use a free service like Mediafire.
