It's a guitar pickup made by Gibson. It's a single coil instead of a
humbucker. You can find it these days on the Gibson 330. A Gibson 335
is really a 330 with humbuckers more or less (there is no sustain
block either).
A 330 is a full hollow body, a 335's neck block goes all the way to the
tailpiece, dividing the two hollow "wing" sections above and below it. The
two guitars aren't similar either in sound or feel.
