That's about the hardest thing to find in this business nowadays.
About the only thing that seems to hold its value consistently is a
good microphone, particularly a model that's been made year after year
like the U87. But somehow 4 used U87s in trade for a fully
professional 24-track recorder doesn't seem like much of a deal unless
you need the space. On the other hand, five years from now I don't see
the U87's being worth any less than you paid for them, and while the
MTR-90 might not be worth any less then than it is today, it might be
harder to sell at all.
