LOL! I'm guilty!

I recently sold two instruments that I had paid $200 each for in a
pawn shop a few years ago on ebay, neither one very special. One
brought $2350, one brought $1500. I have to believe there's something
like the housing market building up in the instrument world. A
mid-1960s Strat that was going for $3-4,000 5-6 years ago is now well
over $20K. At their current rate of appreciation they should all be
worth over a million in another 10 years. I mean, these are not
Stradivarious violins...

Maybe I'm wrong, but I wanted to get out before the market crashes.
