Ok, the mighty Sennheiser 540 reference phones are finally done for
good this time. My faithful friend day and night for 20 years, they
cost me $150 in 1988. Any recommendations for a similar sound, price,
reliability in today's world? I'd like to stay with the 1/4" plug if I
can.
