the gov is not communist, just a one party dictatorship.
it might as well be a right wing dictatorship, little difference.
the economic system is not communist, it is hybrid of socialism and
capitalism,
i guess you are saying this too.

Anyway...I'm not sure democracy is capable of doing what it
takes, either economically or socially in this competitive environment.
