Hey. I'm looking to get my first large diaphragm condenser mic. I can
only really afford around to spend $200, so i figured the best choice
for my budget would be the Rode NT-1A (does the "A" stand for
anniversary edition) or the AT3035. The other two mics I currently own
are both dynamic, a SM-57 and SM-87 Beta A. I figure I'll be using this
condenser mic for vocals and acoustic guitar. Should I just be focusing
on a large diaphragm for my first condenser or would a small diaphragm
in that same price range be better than the two mics I'm asking about?
Thanks,
-Adam
