If your memory was still up to snuff Ludo, you'd know that the name of that
book is "The Country Of The Blind". Been there, done that. It is sort of
how I feel when attempting to communicate with many of the RAO regulars,
like the Middiot, ****R, Jenn, and Art.
Since when did "communicate" changes definitions to "Beat into
conformity with unwanted responses that always miss the point"?
Let's see if I can accurately portray good old Arns' positions:
1. Vinyl sucks. I hate it, hate it, hate it!
2. You are stupid to spend over about $200/channel on amplification.
3. Preamps, CD players, DVD players, and cables make no difference.
Buy the cheapest possible and spend the rest in a "responsible" way.
4. I get beat up by the pros, so I come to RAO to "win."
5. I cannot realize that people who feel differently, assuming that I
am correct, are only hurting themselves and that, therefore, it is
none of my business.
6. I imagine insults and slights where none exist.
7. I am quite insane.
Did I miss any, Arns?
****, yes you did.
