There are musicians who hear differences between a
Guarnieri and a corner store violin or a Bluethner piano
and a Yamaha and there are Kruegers.
The implication being that nobody in the world named Krueger can tell the
difference between say a Yamaha piano and a Stineway?
Who could predict that after all these years our Krueger still takes
RAO postings literally , word by bloody word. More suggestions: Look
up : "figure of speech", "metaphor" and "humorous". You ARE a barrel
of fun. And while you're at it look up how to spell "Steinway". I
know , I know all that "acoustic" music! Enough to drive Kruegers ( a
metaphor: stands for musical simpletons). insane
Kruegers are an overwhelming majority.
That's obviously a false claim. While Krueger is a common germanic name,
they are far less than 1% of the world's population.
I was right. You are a barrel of laughs. Kruegers ie. musical
simpletons are an overwhelming majority. Get it- or should I try
again?
Suggestion #1 :don't project your
disabilities onto the mankind at large.
If we could get you to follow that advice Ludo, the world would be a
slightly better place.
Suggestion #2:
read H.G. Well's novel about the country of the blind who
considered sightedness a punishable heresy.
If your memory was still up to snuff Ludo, you'd know that the name of that
book is "The Country Of The Blind". Been there, done that. It is sort of
how I feel when attempting to communicate with many of the RAO regulars,
like the Middiot, ****R, Jenn, and Art.
Nice to know you read a book once.. And thanks for your valuable
correction . Wells' book is not "about the country of the blind". It
is "The Country of the Blind". You see, I'm a quick learner.
Suggestion #4. Stop worrying about who insulted yourt ABX. Get down to
work and produce ONE SINGLE, statistically valid report where a
representative panel hears a difference between any two comparable
audio components.
And don't tell me to define "comparable". I leave it to you. You're
the engineer, I'm a layman..
Just do it. 50 years have already gone with you keeping posterity
holding their breath..
