I doubt this guy, who seems to have simply decided
to disappear, appreciates your very public commentary
on his demeanor.

It was not Mr. Atkinson. As for revealing his demeanor, the
comments show both sides of his personality, and certainly
did not undermine anybody's views of his remarkable talents,
and I believe that his prickly attitude was pretty well
known among industry types. The problem is that the guy has,
well, just plain disappeared.
