Magnan Cables

I measure the resistance and I found following results:
Pair Nr.5296 Blue cable on the ground return terminals 11.7ohm
Red
4.1 ohm
Pair Nr.5298 Blue
3.7
ohm
Red
4.3 ohm
Do you think there is something wrong ??
Thanks

Uhh quite so - cables shouldn't have this sort of resistance in the ground
return to begin with. 0.1ohms is about as high I would go and even then it's
no guarantee to keep all sorts of "ground borne" rubbish out of your
signals. This cable is bad medicine.
Were these tested by themselves, completely removed from all equipment?
ie - as if you were doing a continuity test on the wires themselves.
That's really high resistance.
