Default Eventide Ultraharmonizer optical encoder, anyone?

The data wheel on my H3000D/SX has become unresponding. According to

optical encoder gone bad.
I tried to vary resistor values as suggested on site, but it didn't help.
The part is obsolete, so
I thought I'd ask if anyone here happened to have a spare?

Who makes it and what is the part number? Odds are you're going to have
to make a standard production Cherry or HP one fit in its place.
