Default Computer audio to Phone line

No, we're not trying to hack into anything. And yes, by audio I mean
we do not plan on playing any music. The teacher who's room we use
doesn't know anything about it. The principal and the IT guy have the
same stance. Our PA system uses telephones. In our office, they have
phones that someone would press "Talk" or whatever, then talk into it
and press "Cancel" when they're done. These phones require special
phone lines into the room. The room we use is in the back-right area
of the building on the second floor while the office is in the front
on the right, first floor. The full story of what we want to do is:
We're doing "video announcements" or a newscast, we wish to broadcast
the audio into the several rooms that do not have projectors or
televisions such as the gymnasium. Currently, we use a television
modulator from Pico Macom (I think it's the PCM55) set to channel
nine. Also, that I know of, my school doesn't have an A/V technician.

Richard, not all audio is music. They could be planning to play
spoken word, or test tones, or white/pink noise. They could even
be planning to play prerecorded fire alarm signals.

OK, if YOU understand what the OP is asing, go ahead and
help him. No need to expend extra energy scolding me. :-)

What he wants to do simply requires a line driver. A faculty
advisor or the school's AV technician would help him out, if he
asked. I suspect that they want to hack into the school's system,
which is not a smart thing to do.
