i've been lurking on the group for a long time but dont
recall if i have ever posted. anyway, i wonder if anyone
else has tried the trends 10.1 amp? it's all the rage on
the klipsch 2-channel discussion group and i had to try
it. the biggest caveat to this amp is the low power
rating. it's a class t type amp with 2 x 15w. output max.

Class T = Tripath = relatively low quality switchmode amp.

hi arnie et all,

have you checked the reveiws for this trend amp? do your self a favor
and check it out! hearing is believing!

You mean, reading reviews is believing.

Search the Web long enough, and you can find lots of people praising
just about anything. That doesn't make it high-fidelity (though it
might make it high-end). This is a technically feeble amp that some
people claim to like the sound of. That is all.

Now, you may be one of those people, in which case this is the right
amp for you. But it's still a feeble amp that in normal use will
produce a noticeably distorted sound. Which should tell you something
about all those 'reviewers."
