chooses not to offer it.

I recall a situation where both my wife and I worked
for the same company. We were both
screwed of spousal
benefits as we both had the same primary care.
I have 2 guys in my group who would prefer to cash
out of our company plan, they're spouses are teachers
with great family plans. Company doesn't have to
offere any such option. Instead they get to look at
company hype on the value of their unneeded benefits.




How do you like buying liability insurance
for your car even though you're a safe driver?
