Here's narcissism on a truly grand scale. It implies that we have a
pre-occupation with you bigger than the Alps and the Andes rolled into
one. Amazing.

Please try to struggle back to reality, Arnold. Even if you have to
hitch a lift or catch a cab, please try. It'll be worth the effort and
expense in the end.

The drug cocktail recommended by his psychiatrist would be cheaper
still.

Too bad old Arns is too proud to take them. Something about not
