Does anyone perhaps know of a "current" stereo preamp/linestage, solid state
or partially tubed, that incorporates the following parameters, but is not
in the stratosphere price class:-

Balanced (XLR) and Unbalanced (RCA) Inputs

Balanced (XLR) and Unbalanced (RCA) Inputs

Remote Volume Control

Remote BALANCE Control (very important!)

If tubed, no more than two tubes

Built-in phono stage would be preferred but is not mandatory

Not a design where where an additional purchase of a $1,000, or more,
separate power supply is recommended to make it really sound "good"

The NAD M3 integrated amp has a balanced XLR input and balance control
on the remote for under $3k.
