He's finding out what "show cause" means, and has responded to the
court's challenge to show cause with a succession of continuances.

Actually there is a problem. The proof of service of the lawsuit was
lost and in this case there is no way to redo it.

Looking at the transcript of the case proceedings, this could easily be a
lie.

The real question at this point is how many continuances the court will
give him.

They'll give them to me until the time to serve the lawsuit is expired.

Actually, the dog ate any valid cause for his lawsuit. The court knows it.

As if you have any idea what the court knows.

They don't want any part of this trivial business. Furthermore, its a
constitutional nightmare. For all they know, the ACLU is sitting out there
waiting to pounce on them with an appeal.

Things are getting very busy for me starting at
the end of this week. No one has asked me to show anything other
than the missing proof of service. So Arny, you want me to have the
lawsuit as it is reserved? Just be ****ty enough and I will do so.

or control out of this situation he can. The real question is how far he's
gone in terms of trying to take his bragging rights to the bank., with say a
well-known magazine publisher with a vendetta against me.
