I think I misunderstood you all this time.

You meant the screw that keeps the entire connector in place in the
back, not a speaker post itself?

Yes, you can use a bolt, washers and a nut to keep it in place.
Drill a hole of the right size through the connector house, and stick
the bolt through it. Tighten and you're all set.
