A certain Bernd Ludwig (popular name, that) modified the
405, and successfully, it seems.
Unfortunately, like most modifiers, he does not provide comprehensive test
reports on the *before* and especially the *after" amplifier, other than the
SOA. BTW, the SOA enhancment seems impressive.
