adding a powered sub to mains with powered subs built in

I have Pioneer Elite TZ-F700 mains with 12" powered
subs built in. I am not happy with the bass and I am
thinking of adding a 15" DT powered sub to the system.
Am I going to be able to do this without problems?
If so, are there any particular settings or hook ups that
I should be aware of. This will mean 3 powered subs
at the same time.
Two subs are good. Four subs are ideal for highest
surround sound quality. Three subs cause wave form
anomalies.
