That's assuming you've already done a half decent job treating your
rooms. Have you? If not that's where I'd put my money.

Yes... we've done quite a bit of work on treating the rooms. They sound
as good as they can for what they are. MUCH money (and time) has been
thrown at that particular problem.

A good suggestion, though... if we hadn't done any work to them yet I'd
agree that would be a fantastic place to park a pile of good-use money!
