It appears to show President Clinton visiting a Navy base wearing a
windbreaker with regular brown trousers. What's your point? That if I
half-close one eye and look at the photo from across the room it might
appear as if Clinton was wearing a "uniform"?

Which is pretty much what I believe you'll find Bush wearing in the other
picture.
