It appears to show President Clinton visiting a Navy base wearing a
windbreaker with regular brown trousers.

On closer inspection, the "windbreaker" appears to be of the indentical cut
and fabric as the "windbreaker" worn by the uniformed officer to his left.
The brown trousers appear to be very similar cut and fabric, but a slightly
browner color. Both men appear to have some kind of insignia indicating
their rank on the left side of their "windbreaker" jackets.

What's your point?

Looks to me to two guys wearing their respective uniforms, walking next to
each other.

That if I half-close one eye and look at the photo from across the room
it might
appear as if Clinton was wearing a "uniform"?

Atkinson, try looking at it with some photo editing software, if the use of
such *advanced* technology isn't beyond you.
