But you have a personality problem involving
self-esteem and self-awareness, which are often
intertwined, and it would be wise if, in the midst of
your rabid denials, you considered the possibility that
all those people who keep saying "Get help, Arnie" could
just have a point. It's not a condemnation, you know.

No, but it is a massive long wordy sentence, which exposes quite a bit about
how your mind fails to work properly, Paul.
