Ironically, Kreeger most strongly resembles Zipser. If
one factors out the factual content of their posturings,
both exhibit(ed) the same tendency to rant; neither could
accept being wrong, or at fault. Kreeger claims to be a
champion of objective methods, but his science is as
leaky as a collander.

How would you know? Google indicates that you had
a total of 14 posts to Zipster? Now postmortem you're
some kind of expert on this psychological profiling.
Hypocrite, remove the timber from your own eye first.

As I've pointed out, Powell, you are afflicted by two telephone

poles: one in your eye, and the other up your ass.

As the resident shrink here, it is my professional opinion
that Powell is definitely not suffering from Bipolar Disorder.
(Sorry, Powell, I couldn't resist).

Thank you, I think .

You're welcome. And yes, it was a positive comment.

Speaking of disordered thinking like Roberts, did you
happen to see the CNN story about the on the Madison,
WI, the 20 year old college student who faked her own
abduction? The police department spent over $70 K on
expenses looking for her. That girl needs some extended
couch time... very twisted thinking, too.

Yes, I saw the story. Very strange behavior, unless she just wanted her "15
minutes of fame". General estimates are that probably only about 10% of those
that could benefit from professional mental health services actually get them.
Unfortunately, fear, arrogance, and/or ignorance still prevent many from
getting the help they need.

As regards that girl, though, I'd try and discourage her from getting couch
time (psychoanalytic) in favor of getting recliner time (cognitive-behavioral
therapy)

Which reminds me of an old Henny Youngman one-liner:

Patient goes to the psychologist and says "Dr. - can you help me?"

Psychologist: "We'll see. What do you do for a living?"

Patient; "I'm a plumber"

Psychologist: "Fine. Get under the couch"
