I have been banished from my ISP in february for the same reasons than
Scott same "SpamCop" robot, and same frustration.
I have sent 100 mails, a registered letter, phoned several time and the
only solution they proposed me was to create a new account with an other
name... Just need to pay a new subscription...
I answered them that they should look for an other sheep to shear. )
