Unlike domestic political figures, foreign leaders are not in the habit of
publicly "endorsing" American presidential candidates.

OTOH, a British pol recently predicted that if the entire planet could
vote
in our Presidential election, and the candidate with the most votes should
win, Bush would be defeated in the greatest landslide in American history.

And we would have Osama bin Laden as our 44th President.
