M-audio is something I have not looked at yet but the most important
part of this for me is the flying faders. I want something to move the
daw faders more then anything else. THe rest is pretty easy to figure
out.

The M-audio Project Mix I/O has moving faders and supports Pro Tools
M-Powered. I just bought a bundle with the two for $1250. It is
rather big to move around, but then I suspect anything with moving
faders will be. Why do you need moving faders for two tracks?
