The classic cheapie setup is:
DH-200 power amp (110 watts/channel into 8 ohms, 150 watts/channel
into 4 ohms)
DH-110 preamp

I would skip the tuner, but there are scads of cheap used tuners out
there.

recommended:

DH-110 $110.

DH 330 $67

Estimate about $320 for all 3, if you could line them up. The real winner in
the group would be a DH-200 or DH-200
