Default What program can convert Real Audio and wma files to mp3 and adaptively normalize volume in a batch?

Good that you David Morgan (MAMS) know now what adaptive normalization
is!

Uhh...I don't think he does. I don't think *anyone* does. Lord knows I
don't.

OK, give us a clue - just a hint - as to where to look.

I cannot find in the manual how to compress the dinamic range and
increase volume in Adobe Audition. Can Adobe Audition compress the
dinamic range, increase volume and convert in a batch?

Sure. Via the "Mastering Rack". So will just about any other wave editor.
Using Audition (formerly CoolEdit) for that is kinda like slapping
mosquitoes with a 2x4; i.e., there are lots of other easier to use programs.
For example...

1. CDex
2. Winamp with any of the normalization/compression plug-ins.
