Try unplugging your phones base station and see if your problem is solved.
900 Mhz phones are available though increasingly rare.
I have three 2.4 ghz base stations. It is a 5 bedroom house, hence
three bases. I unplugged the one in the basement (where I was testing
my headphones), and it helped a little, but not that much. Unplugging
all phones is not practical.

It may not be practical, but it could help determine the root cause of
the problem. I don't think Scott was suggesting that you unplug the
base as a permanent solution.
