Oh yes, I did...twice, under two different eBay accounts. One of them
got shut down by eBay after many fraud complaints. Both items I got
from Charlie Nudo were frauds. He thinks that by offering a "money
back guarantee" that is eviscerates the underlying crime of fraud. If
he gets stung one time, he just demands the fake tape to be returns
and sends you a personal check as a refund, sans shipping/handling
both ways. Then, he resells it to another pigeon. He also tries to
extort both buyers and sellers from leaving bad feedback by
threatening to leave same for them, and also tries to bribe
dissatisfied customers with cash.

To top it off, this asshole, when I sent his bogus tape back to him,
tried to claim that I never sent it. Delivery Confirmation on the
return proves him a liar there, too.
