Actually, for being told the info but not publishing it. If you're
talking about the case of the agent's cover being blown, the journalist
was given the info and decided not to print it, but was threatened with
jail if she didn't give up her source, even though she never acted on
the information she was given.

That's an old one... for which C. Rove should be hanged
by the neck until dead.... the new thrust is to silence any
open dissent (without actually saying so, of course).

It's K Rove for those of us who are paying attention. Maybe they aren't
aware of that in Cuba ?
