Tonite on 60 Minutes, Morley had a story about the "Left Behind"
series of crap novels and comic books. In the process of showing the
"evangelicals" as a bunch of puritanical, superstitious ninnies, the
producers showed a clip of Prezadent Bush declaring his love for
JEE-zus. The question posed to him was, "Who's your favorite
philosopher or sage?" Or something. Anyway, quick as a flash, out
popped "JEE-zus Christ!" Then somebody asked him why. The answer was
"He accepted me into his heart". Or something. Asked to expand on
that, all Dubya could muster was "I am saved!" Or something.

If you want a real laugh, be an evangelical who watches agnostics and
atheists Trying To Make Sense Of It All.

Does the "knowledge" that God created the
world in seven days help you make sense of it all?

Just guessing here, but you're hung up on the 7 days part?


It's no my hangup.
And if 7 days means something else, I guess we can't
take any of the 'story' for granted.
