I think its because he has pulled out if his ass some looney tunes silly
mumbo jumbo foolish rituals (four legged animal pinhole aspirin!!!!!!
Cutting labels off of clothing !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! he calls "tweaks".
He has, for some reason, lied to himself that they actually work. Then
he started to *believe* these lies himself. But whever he turns he gets
ridiculed. Being somewhat high on IQ and low on wisdom he has trouble
digesting the justified ridicule steered towards his general direction.
He perceives the ridicule as "hostility". So he gets hostile back and
starts barking like a little, fruit-fly, a bitter piece of ultra angry
chihuahua.

Like I said before, if it wasn't so funny, it would be sad.
