Every count done had Cush winning Florida
There was a count, there was a recount. The attempt
to force a thrid recount was repelled. However, some
newspapres took it upon themselves to
do it anyway, getting acess to the actual ballots.
There were two recounts, by the New
York Times and the Miami Herald. Bush still won
those 'supposed' recounts.
