they're not in the "right" place.

And no, an orchestra doesn't rely on a sound engineer to balance their
sound. Neither do most jazz combos. Yet from their *wrong* place, they
can make it sound GOOD where you're sitting.

Amazing, isnt' it? It's almost like they know what they're doing.
