With all the name calling going on I feel I should make a comment here.

Both Jim and Middius, I disagree with politically. However, I have met Jim
and found him to be a gentlemen and, to my knowledge, a fine lawyer and
these are things to be respected. As to Middius, I've never met him. He
appears a person of strong opinions and a sharp pin, which has bleed me from
time to time. His steadfastness to principle although perhaps different than
my, is still something to respect.
I try to treat those who I disagree with respect and the hope that either I
by reasoned argument will change their mind or have my mine changed by
theirs.
Disrespect must be earn and so far neither of them have earn it from me and
hopefully I have not earn it from them.
This philosophy of handling debate on the net may not be the way for all,
but leave it as a suggestion for your consideration.
