Since the "s" key is clearly next door to the "x" key on a standard
QWERTY layout keyboard, obviously this is a typo rather the language
comprehension issue, thus by calling Bruce "illiterate" you are merely
displaying your bitterness toward your superiors.

I guess what you're saying Dormer is that Bruce is too illiterate to read
what he writes before he feverishly presses the Send button.
