What sort of connectors does the TV have? How do you have the VCR
hooked up? What outputs does the VCR have? Is it a pure TV monitor
without a tuner that only accepts the composite video and analog
audio?
Are you tuning cable or OTA TV?
If the TV does have a cable ready tuner, you are tuning in cable only
and the VHF antenna inputs are 2 300 ohm screws, then all you need is
a 75 to 300 ohm transformer, like this one at Radio Shack:
