The argument is weak for a lot of reasons among which we can distinguish
these 2 :
- USA is the major supplier of a lot of very poor countries.
- France major supplier is Germany. France exchange balance with Germany
is showing deficit.
IMHO US marketing failure would be a better field of investigation.
