There is no nice way to do this. Using your TV tuner is not practical.

There are devices that can wirelessly transmit a SINGLE channel across
a room. Historically these devices have not worked well, but a new crew
is appearing that can do a good job, for a price.

If you have a cable box, plug it into the wireless device and use your
cable remote to change channels. If you don't have a cable box, you'll
need a remote control TV tuner (an old, broken VCR will work fine).
This tuner will be connected to the wireless device. The TV tuner or
cable box will convert your desired channel to the channel that the
wireless device will relay to the TV.

Note that these wireless devices have two parts -- a transmitter which
is connected to the TV tuner and a receiver connected to your TV set.
