This smells like something you just made up.
Do you know what a fatwah is? Can you name any other modern religion
which issues official orders to murder and maim people?
What do you mean by 'modern'? One could bring up Dominic and the
Albigensians. Or the Inquisition. Or Jonestown. Or Paul Hill.
