What is your basis for thinking this? Before Roe v. Wade,
anti-abortion laws at the state level were in fact legal, and would be
again if the 5-4 balance of the Supreme Court were changed by the
addition of a single pro-life Supreme Court justice.

Society has cahnged a lot in the last 40 years, and two generations
